Terms and Conditions

•    Entrants must supply their full name, email address and contact details as per the membership form, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize.
•    No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
•    Only electronic form entries used within the competition section will be accepted.
•    Entrants must be Australian residents.
•    The minimum age to enter is 18.
•    Only one entry will be accepted per person.
•    The winner will be judged by Shaynna Blaze to be the most original and creative entry.
•    The competition commences on April 2nd and finishes 6pm EST May 7th 2009
•    The winner will be contacted 4pm EST on May 12th 2009 with the telephone number provided on the entry form.  Please note your number will not be used for any other purpose than contacting for winner and will not be sold or shared with any company.
•    Prize-winner must be prepared to take part in post-competition publicity including recording of winning call.
•    The Promoter (known as shaynnablaze.com) does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries.
•    Prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.
•    There will be no cash alternatives.
•    Prize will be delivered within 200km of nearest stockist. 
•    If the winner is outside this 200km radius, they may have to make their own delivery arrangements past the 200km radius.
•    The winner is responsible for all gas/electricity etc connections.   
•    The competition is not open to employees or contractors of Shaynna Blaze, Sampford IXL or any person directly or indirectly involved in these organisations or running of the competition or their direct family members.
•    The Promoter's decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above, and no correspondence will be entered into.
•    The Promoter reserves the right, in the event of circumstances arising outside of its control which in its opinion makes it necessary, to cancel or change the competition at any stage.
•    Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition. This agreement is covered by the laws of Australia.
